ORDER ENTRY ASSOCIATE
Lighting Environments and Environments is looking to hire an Order Entry Associate to join our growing team in the Baltimore-Metropolitan area!
This position is responsible for providing agencies, customers and distributors with timely and expedient entry and support on new or existing orders. Additionally, this position will:

Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.

Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.

Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.

Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.

Apply data program techniques and procedures.

Scan documents and print files, when needed.

Other duties as assigned.
We are looking for order entry and/or office associates who:
-
Can multi-task and have good time management skills.
-
Adept in technology (ERP systems, MS Office).

Handle incoming correspondence from agencies, customers and distributors in a timely and professional manner.

Work independently, prioritize work and handle simultaneous assignments with success and accuracy.

Prioritizing tasks in order of importance and the ability to plan out processes.
-
Adaptability.
-
Ability to analyze and interpret data.
-
Detail oriented with exemplary organization skills.
Additional Requirements:
-
High School diploma/GED.
-
Proven data entry work experience (+2 years), as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk.

Familiarity with administrative duties.
-
Clear communication, both written and verbal.
