About The Role
Join our Project Management and Customer Service team in a hybrid role that blends order processing and project coordination.
A day in the life of a Customer Service Associate may include the following:

Efficiently managing the orders inbox, ensuring accurate allocation and sorting.

Preparing and entering customer data with a focus on accuracy and deadlines.

Reviewing and correcting data errors and verifying output.
-
Handling digital and phone correspondence with various stakeholders.

Weekly auditing of orders inbox to ensure compliance.

Redirecting and revising out-of-territory purchase orders.

Building and maintaining relationships with agency, customer, and distributor contacts.

Supporting project schedules, managing communications, and ensuring timely completion.

Processing submittals and researching lead times.

Maintaining customer files and participating actively in team meetings.

Engaging in cross-training for various customer service functions.

Gradually taking on entry-level project management responsibilities.

Requirements
Technically Speaking, You Have

A high school diploma or equivalent
-
At least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or administrative duties

Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
-
The ability to work independently, prioritize simultaneous assignments with accuracy and efficiency
Bonus Points For Having
-
1-2 years of experience with project coordination or project management
-
Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software – extra bonus points if you’ve used Oasis
-
A proficient understanding of lighting components (fixtures, lamps, ballasts, etc.)

Knowledge of commercial lighting, theatrical lighting, or other experience in the industry

The ability to read blueprints or drawings and interpret lighting structures within them
